The College is committed to preparing educators who are deeply knowledgeable of subject matter, pedagogy, learning and learning assessment; skilled at linking theory and practice in order to enact effective instruction; engaged in reflective practice and on-going professional development; informed by the changing nature of learning; and engaged in cultivating a democratic community.

Our degree, licensure, and endorsement programs prepare educators for teaching across a variety of fields and for diverse positions of leadership. Our programs are available at the Fredericksburg or Stafford campuses.
